EQUIPPING ASPIRING AND ACTIVE TEENAGE MENTORS WITH THE ARSENALS NEEDED TO WIN THE WAR TEENAGEHOOD WAGES
S.M.A.R.T is an acronym for Strategic Moulding And Refining Teens.
It is a webinar set up to enable aspiring and active teens coaches and mentors understand the psychology of teenagers and how to win with them.
It is held 4 times a year; January, April, July, October.
It is a one of a kind, all encompassing program that equips you with all the knowledge and tools needed to conquer the turbulence that teenagehood erupts.
All who have attended this program attest to the truth that it is a program that gives you much more than you can envisage.
It is a dream come true, sweep you off your feet kind of program.
Our Curriculum is structured to first psychologically empower you, then you are shown the intricacies of teenagehood and why things are that way, then you're taught how to conquer all possible challenges.
There Are 6 Modules Which covers 24 components of the subject matter.
WHAT YOU STAND TO GAIN:
a. Indepth knowledge of the teenage terrain.You will also be shown avenues and opportunities to monetize your knowledge and expertise.
b. 3 Internationally recognized certificates; S.M.A.R.T Coach and Mentor Certificate, John Maxwell Certified Team Member Certificate and a Certificate Of Appointment for those interested to become Ambassadors of the Foundation(Appointment will be issued after proper evaluation and verification of applicant) and a branded t-shirt of the Foundation.
c. Selected participants will be delegated to become mentors or coaches in the C.O.R.E Program for Teens and this comes with a satisfactory remuneration.
d. Visa application ease and letter(s) of invitation from partners of the Foundation domiciled in the Uk, Canada and the US.
When is it Holding? The next cohort kicks off in July 1-31 2024, then October 1-31, 2024 which will be the last training for the year.
How will it be hosted? Zoom and Whatsapp.
Investment: N85,000 paid at once or in 2-4 installments before the start of the program.
